The Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at Asfordby Amateurs Sports Hall, Hoby Rd., Nr Melton Mowbray, Leics  LE14  3TL on Sunday 14th February 2010 at 10.00 am prior to the Open Show.

The Annual Subscription for 2010 will be due on 1^st January, £8.50 single and £10.00 joint. Members whose subscriptions remain unpaid 21 days prior to the AGM cannot vote on any subject. 

PLEASE SEND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SECRETARY TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION.
